West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (“WKCDA”) invites qualified suppliers to submit offers for the supply, delivery and installation of lockers, monitor arms and functional tables for the Xiqu Centre, Freespace and Park Management Office.

Descriptions of the requirement:
WKCDA is seeking to appoint up to two (2) qualified suppliers to supply, deliver and install office furniture ("Goods") for EACH of the following groups and shall appoint not more than six (6) suppliers (each a “Supplier”) in total to provide the Goods for the Xiqu Centre, Freespace and Park Management Office as well as for other WKCDA’s designated venues in Hong Kong, as-and-when required by WKCDA in writing during a period of one (1) year from the date of commencement of the Contract.

Group A – Supply, Delivery and Installation of Lockers
Group B – Supply and Delivery of Monitor Arms
Group C – Supply and Delivery of Functional Tables 

Collection of Quotation Documents:
Interested parties are required to express their interest by email to christine.chan@wkcda.hk with their company name, address, telephone number, name and position of their contact person and the contact email address.

Submission of Offers:
Offer submission compiles of a Fee Proposal and a Technical Proposal in two (2) separate emails must be submitted to CPT@wkcda.hk on or before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on 5 September 2018 (Closing Time).

Enquiries must be emailed to tiffany.ho@wkcda.hk at or before 17:00 on 31 August 2018. Enquiries submitted after this time will not be answered.

All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the offers, shall be entirely the responsibility of the suppliers.

WKCDA reserves the right to accept the offer which WKCDA in its sole discretion considers to be the most advantageous overall to WKCDA. WKCDA does not bind itself to accept any offer irrespective of whether the offer is the lowest bid, or has the highest overall mark. WKCDA also reserves the right to suspend, not to proceed with or to cancel the RFQ and to negotiate with any supplier.
